The Mentor-Mentee System is implemented to provide continuous guidance, support, and motivation to students throughout their academic journey. Each student (mentee) is assigned a faculty member (mentor) who serves as a guide, counselor, and motivator.
The primary objectives of the system are to:
Help students adapt to the academic environment.
Monitor their academic performance, attendance, and personal development.
Provide emotional support and address any challenges faced by the students.
Guide students in setting academic and career goals.
Regular meetings are conducted between mentors and mentees to discuss progress, resolve issues, and offer personalized guidance. Mentors maintain individual records of their mentees and provide timely feedback and support.
This system strengthens the student-teacher relationship, promotes academic excellence, and contributes to the overall growth and well-being of the students.
